Ahoskie Eye Care OD PA

I have been going to Dr.Hauser for about 15 year's.Back then I ask Dr.Hauser to fit me for a close up contact so I could use my computer at work with out readers.It has not change for 15 years.And my insurance allway’s cover the visit check up.Fast forward to Aug 6,24. I show up for my appointment at 9:30 and checked in.I was informed that starting this year there would be a copay of $65.00.I told the girl I don’t have a copay.Her and the office manager said that I would have to pay it to be fitted for a contact (1) and I have not been in for a year.Now this was my yearly check up.If Dr.Hauser (Brad) need to raise his prices then send it the my insurance company and I would gladly pay what they wouldn’t cove don’t tell me I have a copay when I don't .I walked out and will start going to so

Was on the phone with whomever answered the phone, she was giving me a appointment but I wanted something sooner because of what's going on with my vision. My phones goes out, I call back she say oh I can't schedule you an appointment because you haven't been since 2020. But before phone went out a date was picked June 20th.

This was my first visit. Everyone was very professional. And my insurance covered most of it. I was very happy about that. And there were a lot of frames to choose from.

You ought to be ASHAMED of yourself for charging my elderly father over $200 for ONE pair of glasses and $20 for a eye exam! You’re taking advantage of the elderly and it’s sickening!!!!!!! You should be shut down.

This was the best eye care center I have ever visited. The staff are so very friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
