Ahimsa Massage Studio

I've been getting massages for multiple years by multiple massage therapists and when I was referred to Aubry I feel like I won the massage lottery. Whenever I leave the studio I feel like Aubry has worked my body in a way to heal it and to get it on track to work better and function better for me. She has developed a plan for me and and takes time to understand what's going on with my body each session so that our sessions are really useful. I love her studio. It's bright, filled with plants and feels very comfortable. I like everything about it The space is inviting and welcoming and feels inclusive and just like a really cool and calm space. If you can get into her books, do it. You'll never regret it, and your body will thank you later.

I’ve been doing regular therapeutic massage with Aubry for chronic pain issues, and I’ve been incredibly happy with the results, and with Aubry’s approach to bodywork. She communicates with me about the process, before, during, and after my massage. Each session is about addressing my concerns and working toward my goals, as the client. I most appreciate her thoroughness and thoughtfulness, which is rare and refreshing among health practitioners, these days. Also, Aubry is just a delightful human being, and she has created a really lovely space for folks to find a little wellness in the world.

Aubry gives the best massages and body work I've ever had! She knows more about the body than anyone. She talks you through what she is doing and makes you feel totally relaxed and comfortable. She doesn't just give a massage, she gets to know your body and works it in ways you never thought it needed. I will only go to her from here on out!
