I have been going to this clinic for many years and they are truly the best. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and always treats patients with kindness and respect. The clinic is clean, organized, and very professional, and you can genuinely feel that they care about the people they serve. A special thank you to Calie, who is always so helpful and knowledgeable when answering questions and helping navigate the complex health insurance world. Her support makes a huge difference.

Great bedside manner, very friendly and informed. I really like the people and doctors who work here. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be great communication with prior authorizations for pharmacies. On a regular basis, I have to call the office repeatedly to send Prior authorizations. For example, my last appointment was on Feb 2. Today is March 3 and I still don't have any medication.

Beyond incompetent. Made appointment for Monday 8:20am, they confirmed a few days later over the phone. I show up "oh sorry, there's no doctor on Mondays. The scheduling team must've messed up." I reschedule for Friday morning, they call me to confirm. I show up, guess what: "oh the doctor's not in today". Couldn't offer me an alternative appointment at another location. I just left... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !

Always very helpful. Dr Vanegas is always taking the time in office and virtually. The office staff are friendly, efficient and concerned. Again always going above and beyond. Highly recommend this practice to all.

The best in customer service... Congratulations and I hope you never change... The doctor who gave me my HPV vaccine don't change the best hands either... Dr. Dahlia's is a human star that fell from the sky
