Super Slow , No one is Ever at work and when your there people are just walking freely on there phone like patients are invisible. They are always short staffed and you have to wait 1.5 maybe 2 just for a finger poke and to pee in a cup . It’s really ridiculous. Over time the staff here gets worst and worst . Their time management is Horrible !!

I arrived at 10:13 am in the morning and I waited in the line for almost 1.5 hours. They took my friend upstairs and he asked me to wait with him. The nurse came to Room 9 and he was exceptionally rude and asked me to go downstairs and wait there. I left immediately. Half an hour later they called me for my exam. And I told them they kept me waiting for quite a while. I understand they might be understaffed, but I cannot tolerate the ill-educated, rude behavior from your employees. I would rather go to Wilton Manors and work with a professional.

I typically don't post negative reviews, but this one counts. I drove 40 minutes based on the website times, and Google time reflected. This was the second event where I came to this location only to be told they closed early and that these times vary. As a medical facility that caters to the public. Picking and choosing your hours is irresponsible to the very patients you're trying to serve. Not only that, some patients travel long distances to get to this location. If you decide to change your hours at the drip of dime or because you just want to close the doors early, you would be advised to post even if it's based on a patient que. Very poor service. Not the type of place you should go unless you can get validation, they will be open according to their website hours. No one want s to

If I could give less stars, I would. I’ve been here in room 13 for 30 minutes. That’s after already waiting 1 1/2 hrs to get called into a room. This is also the 3rd time I’ve had to come here, because like others said, they will close at 12pm for “lunch”, when the listed time they are closed is 2-3pm. This place is literally the worst place to get tested for STDs that I have ever been to. And I don’t even want the AHF account to comment saying they’re working on their appointment system. I asked everyone here, THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR TESTING. The only reason I’m here is because it’s the closest place to my home.

The people who work at the front desk should change them all. They treat you without kindness, they receive you with a serious look and they do not have any kind of flexibility if you arrive a few minutes late for your appointment. I know the doctors have more appointments scheduled but please a little more kindness. At 3 they close for lunch. I was there 1 hour before and came back a few minutes late and they didn't serve me. The same thing happens if you are going to change a date for analysis or an appointment, they get upset, they tell you no. There is not the slightest attempt to resolve the situation. It is already the second or third time that I receive terrible attention from the reception. The rest of the care by doctors, nurses and other staff is excellent. They should an
