I give this place a 5/5. The front desk was quick and had me fill some paperwork out, which was easy. They took me right in and was a simple process. When the doctor, Alyssa came and helped us, she was kind, caring, patient and informative. She acknowledged my husband and gave him some advice on how to help me and what to watch out for. Overall, our experience was great as usual! This is our go-to Urgent Care, and have never had any issues! Thank you, Urgent Care team and Dr. Alyssa!!! ❤️ Definitely will be back! :)

Well I will start from the top! We decided to come in before our scheduled time on a chance they weren't busy! The office was clean and presentable! The girls at the front desk were nothing short of amazing! They were kind and attentive to our needs! We had a very short wait, which was amazing for a mom with a sick kiddo! Our provider today was Randy Hunt. He was kind, quick and efficient with my 6 year old! He sent her meds right away and we were able to pick them up as soon as we got to the pharmacy! We were a self pay and the cost of the visit was not unreasonable! We even made it out of the office before our scheduled appointment! Definitely will be a return customers if an event arises and we need a good urgent care! Thank you guys!

I had a bad experience going here with my kids. We all had symptoms of the flu or covid and the doctor told us we only had a cold. I asked if I can be tested for both and she told me she thought it would be negative. It ended up being positive for the flu and she didn't prescribe us medicine because she said we were already sick for days she didn't think the medicine would help. It was my 3rd day being sick. She also wouldn't excuse us from work more than 3 days however other doctors have given us more time to heal. She also told me my 5 yr old daughter was only coughing for attention and that she would only excuse her from school 1 day. I'm not going to be sending my daughter to school with a fever and bad cough. She was very unprofessional. What was the point of going if they just assu

This urgent care is very unprofessional! I would not recommend this facility! No notification on bill, had to call 2 times, then sent email stating i am 90 days late. Appointment on 1-17-26. Then charges my card with out any notification! Be carefully with this Urgent care!

Very welcoming atmosphere, Dr. Stockman was very kind, compassionate and professional. She was not trying to rush me out, or was not in a rush herself, she answered all my questions and acknowledged my concerns, explained with certainty and provide a wonderful service but most of all I was treated with respect. This will be my to go Urgent clinic if ever needed again in the future and will definitely recommend to family & friends.
