Affordable Oral Surgery

Since the very first day of referral I've called every week and they said no referral came in.After numerous calls and not one call back they finally acknowledged they had it since day one. That day after a month of me calling themthey said they would call back after they talked to anesthesia Dr to see if he approved. Again no call back. Called again 5 weeks in and they told me yes he approved and set a date. The day before surgery I called and said he doesn't want wisdom tooth removed only 1 that is broke so not 5, only 1 tooth.They said that was fine see you tomorrow. Then called in the evening at 4:59 after they said see you tomorrow that morning said anesthesia Dr does not approve. Is one broken tooth not enough money for your office? I see ya'll have one review and it's one star. Lemme add another. I have called for 5 weeks trying to get a note explaining as to why your dental surgeon referred me to Spokane to get my wisdom teeth removed and I get a "we'll call you back and you can pick up the note" No call back. Ya'll should be embarrassed. Also Dr walked into the room and immediately passed my wisdom teeth removal off to another dental surgeon but still wanted to touch my tooth that was hurting. So moral of the story. Don't go here. Your time will be wasted. And you'll call them with answers to no avail

Just got off the phone with a very rude receptionist. I received 3 calls while at work (first one at 8am) and was not able to check my phone until my lunch break (around 1pm). I called back at around 430pm to confirm my appointment that I had tomorrow and was told that I needed to call before 12pm otherwise my appointment would be cancelled. Obviously it was past 12 and was told I needed to reschedule. I've had to reschedule with them once already in the past and now I have to reschedule again because they call you the day before your appointment on a business day and give you 4 hours to call back otherwise your appointment is cancelled. Make that make sense. These people should not be in business.

Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this place. First they charged $87 then they called me back and 2 min after being in the room the Dr. comes in says that he can’t extract and refers me out. Like what!? One of the assistants was a bit rude as well, but at the moment I was just baffled and had no response.
