Affordable Dentistry Today

I was very happy with the Doctors and front people. It is so great to have ppl who treat you like you matter. During my teeth removal they made sure I was comfortable. I have already sent pple who want to go there. The picture is my daughter who was military and gone. I have found some great ppl. Nobody wants Doctors and help that treat you you like you do not matter. The entire ppl that work there were fantastic.

My first appointment last week went well. Staff is friendly and professional. I felt they did a very thorough assessment of my teeth. This is my 3rd dentist in the last few years. The 1st dentist handed me a 3 page list of fillings and crowns needed with a $3000.00 price tag and continued to pressure me to schedule the work. I got a 2nd opinion and only needed a cleaning and a filling. However, the 2nd dentist did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. The hygienist placed a huge gown and goggles on me and proceeded to splash all over my face and gown. Took an additional three x-rays to ensure she had gotten all the tartar. So I changed to Affordable Dentistry. They recommended a cleaning and a crown. This aligned with what I knew to be wrong, as I knew I had chipped a tooth. The cleaning was

My visit was pleasant. The receptionist was inviting. My dental assistant and doctor were efficient and informative. They were patient and took the time to explain what was happening. They made sure to ask me if I had any questions to ensure I had a clear understanding of my visit. Very professional!

Left there feeling like I wasn't wanted. Never been humiliated the way i did ever before In my life. I fear for my children knowing that just because who they are will not be welcomed.

New patient for cleaning and a crown as it turns out. They got me in right away. Excellent staff. Friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable. I'm happy w my choice of the office on Riverside in Rockford.
