I made an appointment here for an emergency tooth extraction through their listed phone #. I was not contacted for days after the initial call to confirm or deny the appointment, when they did contact me I needed to resubmit my documents multiple times, and eventually had to end up calling to figure out the issue. After calling I submitted my dental insurance as well, and they did not confirm nor deny if it was covered in any percentage. When I called the day of my appointment, I was told I was scheduled for an exam as well(which they told me over “patient services” I didn’t need for an emergency extraction) and that my insurance only covers 50-80%. Normally if I had been aware of this situation I could have made accommodations to obviously pay for the service. After being told all of this

The hygienist is very gentle and caring. She listens and when I ask her to check around certain teeth, she takes the time to be sure they are clean and checks all surfaces and crevices for plaque. She conveys my concerns to the dentist, and when she's done he checks to be sure everything is ok. I do not feel like this office is an insurance mill, as they take time to care for you. Would recommend.

Staff is very friendly and courteous! Got me in super fast and was very reassuring, and helped me immensely with ongoing dental structure issues. Very comprehensive care. Great pricing too if you are without dental insurance! Will definitely be seeing them again in the future.

I called first thing in the morning and got scheduled that morning. Carolyn made me feel so comfortable!! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating!! Definitely would recommend!! The reception team was great answering all my questions and Kim and Dr. Piper were awesome! It was the first time I didn’t have anxiety going to the dentist!

Julie was so sweet! I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and all the sensory stuff that comes with it, but she made the experience so much easier. She checked in with me often, took breaks without me even having to ask, and asked questions to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I mentioned that I was afraid of choking and didn’t want to swallow the numbing gel — she made sure I never had to worry about that. Everyone I encountered was kind and understanding. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is a great place to go!
