I was worried getting here due to the poor reviews, but I had no issues with them. Dr. Chen was awesome and the supporting/front desk staff were super responsive. I had to follow up often after my surgery due to my condition, I was able to talk to someone every time, promptly got a call back with an answer to my question. Dr. Chen called my husband to check on me following the surgery and when I wanted to advance my follow up appointment, they switched it around for me which was great. Also this practice has other locations, so if your doctor practices in any of those locations, you have more choices with appointment slots.

Called the Mt Airy office to set up a consultation for a tooth extraction. Without going into a lot of detail the person I was speaking with was very curt when inquiring about my insurance. I was a little taken aback and said I would have to get back to her with the information. When returning the call a second person answered and was even more unprofessional and rude than the first, refusing to give me her name, telling me I don't need to know her name then hung up on me. What?! I'm sure I can find another oral surgeon but I will not deal with this office or their affiliates due to the rude and unprofessional conduct of the office staff.

I felt very taken care of! I was so nervous to go to this office due to the poor reviews, but Dr. Singh was so attentive and so kind to me.

Dental work was great, billing side...not so much. Be prepared to do their job for them regarding how to send your claim to insurance and to make many calls over the course of months to get credit properly applied and sent out. Very eager to take an estimated payment before they have even billed insurance, not so fast to send you back what you overpaid.

I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Sehgal was wonderful with my six year old son. She talked to him about things he is interested in and answered all of the many questions he had. She was kind and patient and made his experience of getting teeth pulled so easy, and he actually liked being there. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming and friendly and efficient. We had no wait time. It was overall a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about this office.
