I had a terrible experience at this urgent care. My 5-year-old had a high fever (102.7°F) and bleeding from the ear, yet we were treated with zero urgency or professionalism. • Appointment was meaningless: My appointment was at 12:40 PM. When I arrived, the reception was empty because it was "lunchtime." The receptionist didn't return until after 1:00 PM. Why take appointments during lunch if no one is there to check patients in? • Ridiculous wait times: After being moved to an exam room, we waited for over 1.5 hours. When I asked how much longer, I was told we were "next," but I saw the doctor just sitting in the office on a computer. We waited another 30 minutes after that. The doctor didn’t do much and didn’t take my situation seriously due to insurance because she didn’t know if my insurance would cover certain procedures like an ultrasound. So I tried to give this place another opportunity totally regretted that option. Never again will I come here for any care. There is no reason I needed to be here for three hrs waiting for the doctor to sit on her desk for several minutes before getting to anything of her patients… the moto and advertisement here is “short wait lines” lies we have to wait hrs. The other nurses are great they get their job done but the providers need to get it together and actually work. I felt well taken care of . Front desk can use a lil HELLO GOOD MORNING HOW CAN I HELP YOU . Instead of just staring at you like if your not supposed to walk in or something . But the nurse that took my vitals was very kind patient and understanding. The doc was AMAZING she explained it ALL. Gave me treatment right away and told me what problem was more important to combat the rest . . Amazing office overall and clean it's CLEAN

Even with an appointment in place I was made to wait for the provider. After 45 minutes of sitting in a room with a mystery murder tv show playing on a TV I decided it was too much and left. The operation felt off. I think the employees were actually trying their best. Management may want to take a look and improve some aspects of their business…

Visit was good this time! My 3rd time at this Torrance, CA location. I went in for severe foot pain. The wait in waiting room was long, however, once I went to a room Prescriber - Kenny Nordlund saw me immediately and I didn't have to wait. He was also very thorough and informative. I felt like my care was faster and better this time. Also, the girl, or lady at front desk was very nice, pleasant informative and helpful. Thank you!
