AFC Urgent Care Thornton

My daughter had a fever, horrible cough and I was eager to get her in. I found AFC on google and decided to take her in. The front desk gal was super sweet and helpful. The nurse was amazing. She was kind and gentle when doing a throat and a nose culture. Then Alicia our doctor came in and explained she was positive for influenza B. Gave us really good advice and what to expect. I definitely felt heard and the entire place, nurses and everyone just felt warm and inviting. Definitely will be back, highly recommend!

I only had to wait for 10 minutes before a nurse came out o get me. Very clean, nice. Staff was attentive and thorough. Very friendly.

I had been sick for a few weeks and finally decided to come in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start. Melanie, PA, really listened to my concerns and showed genuine care about the issues I was having. Nicole, MA, was also kind and professional. I truly appreciated how attentive and compassionate they both were. Thank you for making me feel heard and cared for!

I was seen today for a cough and shortness of breath that’s been affecting me for 2 weeks now. There was hardly any wait! all the staff ladies were so nice and dressed as Harry Potter characters for halloween. They took my cough seriously and the treatment actually made me feel better. Thanks Dr. Melanie! (I’ve been here before when I sprained my ankle and also had an amazing experience. They’re great.) A bonus is the beautiful waiting room. It doesn’t feel like a sterile hospital at all, which I really appreciate.

Our daughter has been sick with a fever (and various other symptoms) for 8 days. The staff was so kind, caring, thoughtful, and determined to help our daughter feel better. They tested everything they could think of until they were able to come up with a diagnosis and treatment. We are so grateful for Melanie, Kelley, Dani, Karen for taking such amazing care of our girl. This is the place to come if you want great care by a staff that cares.
