AFC Urgent Care Suffolk

I'm from out of State and was really suffering with sciatic nerve pain. My daughter-in-law recommended that I go make a visit too The urgent Care in Suffolk. It was one of the best decisions I could have ever made! The entire staff was just RIDICULOUSLY SUPER NICE!🥰 I felt like I had been knowing them forever and I was just in town visiting from out of state. They really make you feel at home. Need I say that after my visit yesterday to AFC Urgent Care Suffolk, I feel A WHOLE LOT BETTER TODAY. The medicine 💉 that was given at the office and prescribed 💊💊through the pharmacy is working BIG TIME!! THERE IS HARDLY ANY PAIN NOW AND I'M MOVING 100% BETTER WHEN I WALK!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT CARE IN THE HOSPITALITY!!🥰 I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

The lady at the front desk was not warm or welcoming. I wasn't greeted and she didn't even smile. She was eating and seemed annoyed that we needed service. I called before I took my daughter there to see if they could check her blood and run tests to see why she has been so sick. They said they could do it. It takes a week for their. Blood tests to come back and 48 hours for swab tests to come back. They weren't able to do anything to help my daughter. This Urgent Care seems useless. Now we are jeading to the hospital.

We had an exceptional experience at AFC Urgent Care. From the moment we arrived, Lisa, Shantell, and Niyah Ma made my son feel comfortable and cared for while assisting with his X-rays, splinting, and casting. Their professionalism and warmth created a reassuring environment that made the entire visit smooth, stress-free and even, dare I say... fun. Dr. Melissa was equally wonderful as she was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind in her care. My son said it was the best experience he’s ever had at an urgent care or ANYWHERE. Lisa, in particular, truly stood out. Even while training a colleague, she was fully present, patient, and genuinely caring, making my son feel safe and valued. We highly recommend AFC Urgent Care and would give them 5 stars every time.

They were really helpful changing the location of the prescription until I found a place that carried the prescription in stock. I got seen immediately with no line meanwhile the Navy hospital told me it was a four and a half hour wait just to be seen by someone. If you need urgent care they are a great option.

From entering the urgent care to sitting in back to getting seen, everyone was exceptional nice, smiles were everywhere. Every nurse/PA showed concerned and explained everything needed to know and/or do. The urgent care was clean.
