AFC Urgent Care Springfield

The day after huge snow storm, THEY WERE OPEN!!!! Before coming to their office, I went to two other ones that were right next to my house and both were closed due to storm!!! When I came in, I didn’t wait at all. They took my son right away while I was checking him in! All the staff were very professional and kind! My son hurt his finger with hand snowblower. Liz, the MA, made sure my son was comfortable while cleaning and soaking his finger. Jen did a X-ray to make sure the finger wasn’t broken! And Chandler, the provider, was very careful taking care of my son’s finger and making him comfortable, and giving clear instructions what to do and how to care for my son’s finger at home! I’m very happy with AFC in Springfield for their work and would recommend them to all my family and friend

Referred by the VA because of a positive Covid test. The receptionist and nurses promptly processed me and confirmed the Covid test. The PA, Sandler, was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a complete evaluation and explained my options. I am now recovering at home.

I was able to get right in. Clerk at desk helped me so sweetly to fill out on the phone insurance stuff. Then got called right in. Was treated fast and test were done. The longest part of this whole visit was waiting for my medicine at CVS

I brought my daughter in as a walk-in and I don't have a single complaint. I will take about a 2½ visit (from check-in to discharge), as a walk-in, during a large flu outbreak, while also taking scheduled appointments over spending countless hours and wasting needed resources for an ear. Entire staff was extremely kind and helpful and they were able to ease my very uncomfortable daughters mind.

Austin was absolutely amazing!!! For the first time ever I left urgent care satisfied and felt like they truly cared. Austin and all the staff on that night were such a great kind caring amazing and thorough team. Thank you all.
