I was a walk-in and was assisted as soon as we pulled up.  I fell on my left knee while at my daughters.  She found me AFC urgent care near the house.  They came out with a wheel chair, gave me a link of forms and was called within 5 of completing forms.  Dr came in after 2 mins, made my sister and I laugh, and feel comfortable.  He pressed my knee and I was pushing him off but he was not bothered by me.  The staff was friendly and welcoming at all times.  This was the fastest of in and out of an urgent care ever.  I hope I don’t need it again BUT definitely worth going back again.  Thanks for a wonderful experience even in my pain and discomfort.

Took my son Knaeryn here right after he got back from summer camp. Apparently while at camp, he encountered poison ivy and had swelling on his face with a rash spreading fast so we rushed him here. The care we received was beyond exceptional. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring they followed up with a phone call and even sent a text to make sure he was doing well afterward. We’ve been to other urgent care centers before, but none have shown this level of compassion. This will definitely be our go-to from now on. As busy owners of MaxResto💙💚, time and reliability mean everything to us and the time, effort, and care they showed us means everything to us, too.

They were fast, efficient, and all staff that I encountered were super friendly. Dr. Zhang was helpful, knowledge and light-hearted. Loved his humor! Would recommend and would go again!

Very friendly and caring staff. I did not have an appointment and decided to walk in. Wait time was very short. All of the staff were very professional and caring. The following day a staff member called me at home to follow up and ask how I was feeling. My lab results came in on Friday evening (all good) and the doctor who saw me the previous day called me at 7:30pm to discuss results. I was very impressed with the level of care I received and would definitely recommend AFC to anyone in need of medical care.

Had shoulder injury and went for help. Terrible service. As they were discharging the notes said wear a sling but they didn’t mention anything. I had to ask the assistant. He comes back and says yes a sling for two weeks. We awkwardly stared at each other. Then realized I had to go get one from pharmacy. The whole visit was just uncomfortable from the visit with the doctor to the discharge. There is a better urgent care down the street that we should have used. I won’t be going back to this one.
