AFC Urgent Care Somerset

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Date of Visit: June 2025 I had an excellent experience at AFC Urgent Care in June 2025. The entire team was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and quick. The medical team was just as impressive — the nurses, the X-ray technician, and the doctors were all highly professional and truly caring. They took their time to listen to me, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The facility is modern, clean, and very well-organized. I’m especially grateful to the radiology team who did the X-ray — they were efficient and kind. It’s clear that the staff here works together as a strong, supportive team. You feel safe, respected, and cared for. Highly

Used AFC on 3 occasions now. Once when my son had a wrist injury from soccer and twice for myself - my recent visit being for sports injury /shoulder pain. They were very good with service, doctors take time to understand what was going on and provided a good care plan. They do follow-up promptly. Also helpful that they can do x-ray and other tests locally to help with quick diagnostics, treatment and providing the right expert care referrals when needed.

This was my first visit and it was a fabulous experience. The facility was modern and spotless. The wait was short and the service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Angela was great with the bloodwork, testing, and shot. She put me at ease (I was quite nervous). The PA Stephanie was caring, thorough and personable. She also followed up with me on my blood work. I had a great experience and would use American Family Care again.

This place was great. I took my son there a hour before closing. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was super helpful. There was no wait time. The nurse and dr were also super nice and patient. They all worked at as team definitely my new go to urgent care. They even stayed later and didn’t make me feel rushed.

You could have honored the services stated on your website. You could have the materials and wound service professionals that know how to at least clean and wrap a wound. Your website said it could treat chronic wounds ... I drove out my way to specifically come to your center based on the information given on your website. I wrapped my own wounds, you didn't have proper bandages so I guess I fortunate to have brought my own. I was given advice that I already knew ... and then was sent on my way based on 3rd person teleconference by i guess professional "aquatints". Your nurse practitioner even contaminated my last bandage... left an open face bandage on my jeans. No I will not ever be going to your facility... I'm telling everybody I know in the New Brunswick area ... to never ever go to
