AFC Urgent Care Richmond Aliana New Territory

Today I went to urgent care after injuring my finger on a sharp metal object—it was bleeding heavily, and I was very worried. Nurse Practitioner Katrina Menissy took amazing care of me. She was extremely kind, professional, patient, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made me feel calm and safe throughout the treatment. I have been going to this urgent care for the past four to five years and have seen several providers, but honestly, Katrina stands out above everyone else. Her professionalism and compassion were exceptional. She treated me with respect and genuine care. She is truly the best—number one in my experience—and I wish everyone in healthcare was like her. Thank you, Katrina, for the excellent care you provided.

I arrived in a great deal of pain and was promptly given care and relief. The staff from reception to medical were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The ambiance was pleasant, clean and peaceful. I was able to destress and felt comfortable in the company of everyone who assisted me in my need to get relief and heal. Thank you all!

I visited AFC Urgent Care in Aliana after accidentally cutting my left thumb with a knife, and I had an excellent experience. Katrina did an outstanding job stitching my wound — she was gentle, precise, and very reassuring throughout the process. Simin, who assisted her, was equally wonderful, making sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. Annie at the front desk was friendly and efficient with check-in and paperwork, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The facility was clean, well-organized, and the staff worked together seamlessly. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care!

Wait time is at a minimum and the staff is absolutely amazing and caring!!! My kids and I love them. They are attentive and professional and take care of their patients like family. Sarah Reber, PA-C just carded for my boys and made us feel heard and seen!!!

I had a great appointment at this clinic. The ladies gave me a warm welcome. The service was quick and efficient! My collector Kiana was helpful and kind. I didn’t get the other lady name but they were both kind souls. Thank you!
