AFC Urgent Care Parsippany

I came here for an ekg as requested by my doctor. It was very easy to find. Upon walking into the waiting area, there was sufficient seating for patients. There are 2 kiosks where you check in. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait very long before I was seen by the nurse. The facility is clean. The doctor was very helpful. I would come here again if need be

Dr. Monroe is brilliant! She has 30 years of experience and handles her patients with such care. Every time I go in for treatment, she treats me right away and is always right with her diagnoses and her prescriptions. I never have to go back and get checked. This is a great institution and I highly recommend. Some urgent cares may have bad reputations, but all I can say is the AFC in Parsippany is 100% professional and you could not go wrong here.

Kiosk log in was easy and quick. Had a slight issue with the registration process, but the receptionist helped me log in to their WiFi to complete quickly and easily! Service was excellent and prompt, they followed up the next day to see how I was feeling also!

Took my son here for the first time since they were open on a Saturday. The man at the front desk, the woman who was the medical assistant and Alexa, the person who saw my son were amazing! It didn't take that long to be seen, and everyone was very nice. I recommend this place especially if you need assistance on a Saturday last minute and need to be seen. When we left, we went right to Walgreens a few minutes away and my son's antibiotics and ear drops prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy with no delay.

Took my daughter to this location. Wait time was not long. The registration using the phone was not working for me, so thankfully they had a paper option for registration. Staff was all very courteous. Nurse was really good and quick to see the patient and the doctor was very attentive and got her in and out. Will likely go there again if we need to.
