I would personally like to say thank you to Haley at the front desk. She was great while I was checking in , very patient, calm, and kind the whole time. She didn’t rush me and made sure everything was handled smoothly. She treats everyone with respect, and I truly appreciate her for showing me so much respect as well. It really made my visit easier and more comfortable.

Had to visit this location for a DOT Physical and was very impressed with the customer service from the staff and during my time of the visit was an all female staff. They need to train concentra staff, fast med and a few other clinics on the importance of customer service. Edit update: I did become a little frustrated because I had a shy bladder and was told that someone would come get me after an hour. Well I had to go before the hour time frame was up. When I asked about going I was told that I had to wait until the time was up and if I had to go I was still going to be called back and if I could not go I would have to come back. I have been getting a DOT done since 2015. There is a three hour window guide line that has to be followed but if someone had to go before the wait time they

I had a great experience, and I specifically want to recognize Haley at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and extremely organized. She handled everything smoothly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What stood out to me even more is how young she is, yet she carries herself with such maturity, confidence, and professionalism. It’s rare to see someone her age represent a business with this level of poise and responsibility. She communicates clearly, stays attentive, and makes guests feel genuinely valued. Haley is truly an asset to this company. Her work ethic and positive attitude do not go unnoticed, and she definitely has a bright future ahead of her.

Theresa Gray, PA is awesome. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. Met her in June 2025 for my DOT physical, she only gave me 3 months to get my blood pressure down and lose weight. When I returned in September, she was sooo impressed with my results she gave me 2 yrs to return. Today, it's Shingles, and she asked why was I stressed. I told her I loss my son Thanksgiving Day, indebt because of funeral services and financial strain. She expressed empathy and compassion. I really enjoy her professionalism.
