AFC Urgent Care Castle Rock

Excellent service from Sara, Kathleen, Chris, and Phoenix, especially. Very empathetic to our situation - they actually cared. We brought our six year old in and while not a peds location, they provided service for a little one that was equal or better than an actual ped urgent care. Communicative, thorough, and went above and beyond.

I really like this place and am so grateful that they are available to my family. They are efficient, friendly, reasonably priced and do not rush you, even if they are busy. One of my children is prone to pneumonia so when they saw her for a flu, they checked her lungs SIX times to make sure that they weren't missing it. The nurse checked three times and the doctor checked herself three times just to make triple sure that nothing was overlooked. That says a lot! I really appreciate their thorough and friendly nature! Thank you!

Charged $380 for a visit with my son just to get a prescription for pink eye medication (which we told them he had based on exposure to another person who had this diagnosis and the symptoms when we came in). Waited 45 minutes to see a PA who put drops in my son’s eyes and then wiped both eyes (infected first) with the same cotton ball. Very disappointed with the cost of such a simple visit and the service provided.

Dr. Shilo and her team here are the best! She ordered a CT scan on me that found a brain anurysm that was on the verge of rupturing, no other dr would listen to me or acknowledge my symptoms. If she didnt put the order in, the hospital wasnt going to scan me! But because she did they were able to find it and repair it before it became catastrophic! She save my life! So thankful for AFC and the care team there!

I was very pleased with the service I received at AFC! I was able to be seen within a short time of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Smith listened to what my issues were and what had worked for me in the past and felt like that would be a good treatment plan again. In addition when I explained that I was so short of breath that I had been having trouble being able to use my inhaler, she offered me a nebulizer treatment that was immensely helpful! For the first time in several days, I felt like I could breathe again. Everyone at this office was extremely pleasant and kind, that includes the office staff and the EMT. AFC came highly recommended by a friend, who drives a long way just to come to this facility. I agree with her assessment and if I’m in need of urgent care again, I will definitel
