Clean, efficient facility. Staff was professional and friendly. Shirelle our nurse was super nice !! Did great with my 9 year old and 14 year old! They took care of us here, I’m so thankful! So nice to have a trusted walk in clinic to go to.

I had scheduled an appointment, upon arrival Brooke (front desk)greeted me with a smile and checked me in. She is also very knowledgeable and assisted with messaging PA about my referral, she kept me updated and helped me resolve my situation. Nicci (MA)was my nurse, she removed my stitches. She is kind, gentle and made sure i was comfortable during this painful process. She is a professional and i was very pleased with her service, helped me and my sister out when done and wished me fast recovery. Jonathan Stehn (Medical Provider) put in a referral for me to get seen by a specialist, i was very please with this visit. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and for your professionalism.

Was my 1st time there today! Very glad they handle CDL medical cards!! Great timing for an appointment. Great front office greeting followed by the staff im back office. Understood why I was there and brought questions to my attention im regards to why I was there and actually caught something that saved me time and money. Very detailed in their work and I truly appreciate them finding out before moving forward. Truly appreciate their time and energy in being thorough.

The urgent care my family has attended for years recently got shut down, so we found ourselves trying out this new location at AFC 192nd. I myself had to go here three times in one week and every time they were very kind, helpful, and seemed to really care about helping me get better. Fast-forward a couple weeks later I had to bring my son in for an illness and they were very quick and attentive and again great customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend . John was very helpful, Tony was very helpful, and the x-ray gal was very sweet as well. There was another gentleman as well. Literally everyone I encountered there had a smile on their face and seemed to be happy to help. Not to compare, but a much better experience than all of the times going to the other urgent care. Grateful. Thankful.

After my first visit, I was floored at how quickly and efficiently I was able to get my needs met. I’ve been back a few times since, and it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff is kind, compassionate, and helpful. The facility is always clean. Today, I was fortunate enough to have Shirelle do my intake. She offered words of encouragement and approached my difficult situation with sensitivity and kindness. Brooke asked all the right questions to get to the root of the problem, making the trip quick and easy. Highly recommend if you have any last minute, urgent medical needs.
