AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours - Spartanburg

Was seen in a reasonable amount of time. NP was knowledgeable and showed genuine concern. Docked 1 star b/c a test that I was told was negative ended up positive on my drive back home. Not sure what happened there but I was glad they reached back out to me about the error. I would use them again.

This place is really awesome! Receptionist is very personable and professional! If you engage conversation with her you will make a new friend for sure. Everyone is so nice and care about what your needs are.

I had the best experience here! I came in with a sprained/fractured ankle. Tonia greeted me so kindly and swiftly. I was taken back within 10 minutes of arriving and filling out paperwork. Carla took me back and was just an absolute joy and bright spot in my morning, considering the pain and discomfort I was in. The provider, Michelle, was helpful in explaining what was going on and the next steps for me to take. I was in and out with a boot and xray appointment set up. Thankful for how they made the visit easy! Seriously, the best urgent care experience ever!

Positive experience all the way through my visit! Short wait time, friendly front desk, caring and efficient tech, and wonderful NP! Amanda listened to my concerns and was very thorough! My labs were done quickly, and my prescription arrived at the pharmacy almost immediately. Thank you so much!

The very best AFC Urgent Care I’ve ever been to! I made an appointment online and was in and out quickly. This location has such a caring staff. I felt like family. I saw the nurse, Carla Davis, first and she was so kind and fun to talk to. Then I saw Michelle Blair, the nurse practitioner. She asked thoughtful questions and was ready with a smile. She was so thoughtful to give me a recommendation for an ENT in the area, since I had just moved here. They were both good listeners and I felt better even before I’d had medicine. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this clinic again!
