I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I truly appreciated the level of compassion shown. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care for anyone needing fast, reliable, and quality care. The doctor or nurse practitioner was knowledgeable.

Most importantly, I appreciated the care I got. The NP (Victoria?) was cheerful, kind, attentive, and sympathetic. I think her treatment plan will be effective. The on-line appointment option worked great and I was able to be seen within hours of signing on. Actually 5 stars for what is the most important part -- the medical intervention. Four stars for ambiance. The large cold, bleak waiting room, the uncomfortable chairs. I've only been to 1 other local urgent care facility but it was night and day. The other -- in Woburn -- was warm, carpeted, comfortable and comforting. I think this place needs some attention.

We had to take our toddler here after the snow storm and it was a very seamless experience! Both practitioners who helped us were very kind, patient, and gentle with our toddler. The exam and explanations were very thorough, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend if you need an urgent care in the area!

SO happy I went. I scheduled an appointment online quickly before arriving and they were able to take care of me right away. Whole process was efficient. Team was very professional. Simone was super helpful and kind. Loved the Christmas decorations.
