Booked an appointment easily online and was swabbed by Susanne in less than 10 min from the time I made the appointment to arriving. You do not even need to leave your car! The process was simple and the staff made the whole process less stressful than other providers. Susanne swabbed my teenage son without causing too much discomfort and was very professional! Thanks! I needed a rapid COVID test for work. I found AFC Urgent Care online. I was a little skeptical because everything had to be done online and there was no way to call and ask questions. I went ahead with the online registration. It was pretty easy. I quickly received confirmation texts about my appointment. The only thing is they don't put the address in the confirmation texts or emails. I used the address I found on their website, hoping it was correct, and it was. Driving up to it, I definitely had my reservations. It's so nondescript it would be super easy to miss. It looked a little sketchy, but fear not, this place is the real deal. Susanne & Kalei are both AMAZING!!! They are pleasant, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They made my experience a pleasant one today. I greatly appreciate it. They both were understanding with what I was dealing with at the time.

Came in today for a rapid and from the start of making the appointment it was a pleasant encounter. Both staff informed me of their process and communicated with professional humor that lightened the situation. First time I didn't mind having a COVID test. Thank you for being available.
