AFC Urgent Care Aberdeen

My wife told me to go here because everyone is awesome. I have to say, that is an understatement. From the first time patient paperwork to discharging, I was treated like a gentleman that was welcomed and appreciated. The girl in the front was pleasant and helpful. The girl that takes vitals was friendly and caring. My doctor was professional and friendly. I felt a real profesional connection at each step of my treatment. Perfect balance of professionalism and welcoming casual conversation.

After leaving a terrible experience at another urgent care in the neighboring town, I came here and I am so grateful I did. From the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Signing in was easy, I could see how many people were ahead of me, and the front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The nurse was attentive, listened carefully, and took my concerns seriously. I was dealing with pain, pressure, and ringing in my left ear and was having trouble hearing. I brought my 2 year old daughter in on a Sunday afternoon and didn’t expect the amazing treatment that we received. Brianna and Laura were stellar! My daughter was experiencing cough, labored breathing and congestion and was very nervous because she’s a toddler. From start to finish, they made every step easy and less stressful for both of us. It’s hard to get professionals who understand how to work with toddlers outside of the pediatrician and let’s face some of them aren’t wonderful either but that was not the case here. Both women were extremely kind and patient and listened to my concerns. They saw what my daughter needed in order to cooperate and feel comfortable and went above and beyond. Made an appointment this morning on the Solv app and uploaded all of the required information. It was a very simple process. Initially saw Brianna, who was the medical assistant. She was very thorough and personable. Jotted down all of the information, reviewed my current medications and took my vitals. Shortly thereafter, I was seen by the PA Laura who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. She asked me a few questions and then proceeded with her examination. Laura told me to start my antibiotic and prescribed a cough suppressant. I was very pleased by this practice and the personnel. I had a follow up question after I returned home for Laura. This was one of the friendliest service at an urgent care I have ever received. Yes it was busy (flu season) but the receptionist, nurses and doctors were all still so nice to me! The nurse Briana was the nicest person I felt like I’ve met in a long time as well! They actually care about what’s going on!
