Aesthetic Dental

I recently visited Aesthetic Dental and had a great experience. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, who made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I was then introduced to Nhi, the dental hygienist. Nhi was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was going to happen. She made sure I was comfortable and understood my dental needs. I appreciate the hard work that Nhi is doing at Aesthetic Dental. On my previous visit, I met with the doctor, who was also very knowledgeable and treated me really well. Thank you so much to everyone at Aesthetic Dental for making my visit a great experience!

Dr Dinh- Recommended: Never I was seeking appointment for extreme pain but you never bothered to see me. You got revenue while cleaning my teeth several times. Have some Ethics and values while you practice. Also, in the past your hygienists find problem in teeth for no reason . No excuse can replace what you did today. Folks - Take second opinion after visiting here SA

Worst customer service ever! Rest assured that their main priority is lining their pockets and upselling services that you don’t need so that they can make money off of you. They tried to pressure me on several occasions to do a deep cleaning even though my gums were perfectly fine because my insurance company would pay handsomely for it. I didn’t even feel like I had a choice. At this point it was coercion. That’s not even the worst part. They’ll message you the day before your appointment and then tell you that if you don’t cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours then you will have to pay a $50 fine. I asked them why they didn’t message me 48 hours in advance and they lied and said they did, even though I could see the message history on my phone. I told them I couldn’t go
