Returned to Dr. Hilgers after months of PT and told him I felt the same as when I first saw him, and he told me to move on with my life. Reviewed the note later and it had multiple inaccuracies. He denied my request for correction, insisting that the note was completely accurate.

Kind of surprised they get a 2.9. Every time I've ever been there it's been very easy in and out and everyone is polite and knows what they're doing. I had a colonoscopy there I just had a CT scan done. Again very pleasant I mean it's pleasant as it can be right. Also it helps it's only 5 minutes away from my house. I don't know I kind of looks a little beat up and run down but like I say everyone there that I dealt with is very kind and does their job well. So I'll give them five stars.

I arrived at this facility at 2:00 pm with an appointment at 2:30 pm. I went through a few steps to check-in but nothing too crazy. They called me back around 2:20pm to take my vitals. I was then told to sit in a chair for over an hour because they claimed that there was no available rooms (which i seen some open but i didn’t want to assume). I too work in healthcare (CNA) so I understand that some days are harder than others but, it was very unfortunate to see some of the workers laughing and snacking while they have issues such as these. When they finally were able to get me a room i still had to wait another 20 minutes. The doctor didn’t see me until roughly 3:45pm, just to examine me for 5 minutes, then she sent me on my way. This is very disappointing being that i arrived 30 minutes e

Would like to thank Dr. Brito, advocate orthopedics, for his assessment and treatment plan regarding my health condition. I found Dr. Brito to be relaxing and concerning while evaluating my overall condition. Nursing and support staff are professional and respectful. Thank you all.

Optical Center, came in for my frames. Said they would call me back in a couple of days and nothing. Called them, gave them my phone number in case we got disconnected, we did get disconnected no call back. Called the next day, was on hold for over 20 minutes, then said they couldn’t reach anyone in the department. So decided to go to the optical center, been waiting over an hour after checking in, they see me I see them. Still waiting as I’m writing this. They’re just playing games now, no patients are being seen now. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE
