I would give 0 stars if I could. Friday February 28,2025- I had an appointment with Dr. Samantha Jane and for some reason she had to cancel last minute. Elizabeth W. And RN called me and was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She initiated a panic attack. I requested to speak to her supervisor, but before her transferring, I wanted her Information. As soon as she started behaving odd, I told her I was recording the phone call and she immediately cut me off and put me on hold. She transferred me to the Administrative supervisor Angie, who didn’t even ask me what happened but immediately took Elizabeth side. Angie did not offer for or help Provide me any information to address this situation even after multiple request of phone numbers or report numbers. After several requests, I

I've had excellent care here and all the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a messy and frustrating issue with my sons vaccine records and Cherell had the kindness and patience to help me with looking at multiple locations for availability as well as what each location offers. She also put in a special request to fit us into a day there was no availability. Thank you for giving me some relief.

AMG has upped their game! Chemello has always been a great Doctor but the front desk staff especially Raven always make me feel very welcome and are very helpful. Wish other medical facilities would take note.

When my PCP Dr Raju moved to this location, I followed, and have not regretted it. Dr Raju, and a couple of other Drs who have seen me in a pinch, have all been great. The staff is professional and friendly. It is rare that I wait more than a few minutes in the waiting area. It has been a very positive experience.
