I wanted to take a moment to recognize an incredible nurse who administered my Pulmonary Function Test, Yulanda. From the moment I met her, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Even when I struggled with the test at times, she remained incredibly patient and encouraging. Her positive attitude and passion for her work were so evident—and honestly refreshing. She treated me like more than just a patient; she treated me like a person, and that made a lasting impression I won’t forget. It’s rare to encounter someone so wholesome and dedicated in healthcare. She truly made a difference in my experience that day, and I hope she knows the impact she has.

I have used the Outpatient Pavilion frequently this year for testing and blood work. The staff are professional, curious, and quick. I have never waited long and the testing is always quick. I love having everything in one place. I have had three tests in one day. They communicate with each office and it always goes smoothly.

The nurses and physician assistants are great. They are thorough and explain everything you need to know. They really care!
