ZERO STARS for Penny at the front desk, who is very rude, disrespectful and completely wrong for this practice! That said, Dr. Porter, Dr. Wu, and Dr. Kohn are truly EXCEPTIONAL!! They’ve cared for my children from infancy through their teenage years and are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful physicians. They are the only reason we continue with this practice. It’s incredibly disappointing that Penny is the first point of contact for families, as she does not reflect the warmth, professionalism, or care shown by the rest of the staff. Her behavior feels completely out of place in an office led by such outstanding doctors. Every friend who takes their children here share the same feelings too. We all stay for the amazing doctors.

I have been taking my children there for 15 years now! I love this practice and the doctors are great specially Dr. Porter and Dr. Wu. They take their time, answer your questions and my second child has autism and they are very patient and great with him too. I recommend this pediatric practice 100%.

My son had a sledding accident and they got us right in as soon as I called. After an exam, they sent us to the ER. It ended up being something fairly serious and I was glad they were able to get us in and out so quickly. Thankful for this knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We love this practice so much! Dr porter is the best!!!! The doctors have been so accommodating and nice since our little baby was born. They always answer every question we have and will always see us if there is an emergency. The staff is also so friendly and nice and it’s always nice to know they have weekend appointments.
