The care and compassion my mom has received since being admitted a week ago has been outstanding. Every nurse, nurse practitioner, CNA, physical therapist, speech therapist, med tech, and social worker that has worked with mom has been remarkably talented and patient. They actively listen, give thoughtful answers to questions, and are genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their patients. I am grateful for the love and generosity these women and men have shown my mom.

A family member was recently admitted there. Being a diabetic on meds his blood sugars should be taken 3 times a day as they were at home but they are not. Food logs were verbally told they hadnt been done for 3days, unacceptable. Very important with diabetics they can go into ketoacidosis and die. No PT which is very much needed. Nope called him bedriden. Unacceptable. Many diagnosis's which we were not even aware of never spoke with any physicians who admitted him. Legally they have a certain amount of time they have to be seen. Suggesting he needs hospice he can't feed himself. He eats what is brought in to him with no assistance. Records are not up to date at times some staff members can't even answer things that they should know about. Very sad situation. Most family's will accept wha

I was jus hired to do some music entertainment for the residents there today. What a wonderful experience it turned out to be. After the party the residents as well as the staff went on their way smiling and singing whatever the last song was that they heard. 😁🎶 I hope I get the opportunity to go back again. 😉 Traveling from Massachusetts to R.I. was well worth it. 🙏 Sincerely...Dj Chuck Chillin' 🎧

First of all I want to thank Tammy at the front desk for always welcoming my mom and I when we came in the lobby..the admissions staff was great... high praise for Angela and Felcia on the second floor Nursing staff with my mom... Patty in activities was awesome with my mom... enjoy your retirement Patty.. . unfortunately there were a few issues that we addressed repeatedly with upper nursing in our family meeting... the final decision came down to what was best for our mom... a week ago I asked to speak with administrator...I was referred to head of nursing.. I had already spoken to her a week before... in the six months my mom was there not once did we meet the administrator..I can't even post his name because we do not know it... when I asked the Nurse supervisor if we could call

My mom was in Landmark Medical Center and was transferred to Oakland Grove Health Center. My family and I love this place. They cannot do enough to make my mom comfortable. The staff on the fourth floor is absolutely amazing and I am so thankful for each and every one of them. My mom loves it there as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Gail Landry.
