I am brand new at this practice. I booked this appointment almost a year ago to meet with Jemely . The front office staff was so kind and offered good customer service. Jemely was very nice and took the time to listen to me and get acquainted since it was our first visit. A very nice staff and facility. Thanks!! I feel confident being served here.

Jemely Villegas is WONDERFUL! If I was just rating her I would give five stars. However the office staff, I can’t say the same. I’ve been told they have called and left messages on SEVERAL occasions and I have never received a call or voicemail on the days and times they say they call. I only found out my appointment was cancelled thanks to the portal. And when you call the office to schedule, they can’t help either. Since writing this I had the BEST experience at my last appointment. A medical assistant for Jemely helped me troubleshoot and solve the issue with not receiving phone calls and voicemails! The issue was with my own phone, and she took the time to help me solve the problem! Now I should have no issues with receiving information from my doctor. I am so grateful for the time she

Jemely Villegas is a wonderful NP. She’s very kind, thorough, and listened to everything I had to say. She explained topics we were discussing and the best part was that I didn’t feel rushed. I would highly recommend her.
