The best hospital ever. I have to start off by saying they have the most amazing labor and delivery department I’ve ever come across. All of the nurses were so attentive and supportive through this whole experience, as a first time mom. Kim, Sarah, Brynn, Taylor, Michelle Vaun, Misty, and even the anesthesiologist Janice, I will never forget you wonderful ladies, thank you for making my child birthing experience once in a lifetime. I highly recommend Waterman for any expecting mom!

My father came into the hospital’s Emergency room critically ill. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, I was very impressed with the amount of care and professionalism shown. The person who came out to get my dad was so kind and helpful. The emergency doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough; he treated him effectively and quickly. All of the nurses in the emergency room and in the progressive care unit were so caring and compassionate. They showed my dad tremendous love and care. He stayed in the hospital for eight days and seven nights. They treated him and got him back on his feet. There was nothing short of a miracle. Everyone came together to provide excellent care. Only giving stars because the doctors are doing their best and keeping tabs on the patient since the nurses make DUMB errors. Yes, the staff can be nice, but they still have made errors. Medical errors should be zero and I should be calling all agencies to report. Retrain the nurses on the very basics because they don't follow very simple orders requested by the doctor. The charge nurse took my complaints like a saint but I shouldn't have to complain because the staff should be doing their jobs rather than sitting around on their phones. Lack of hand washing and common sense. It shouldn't take the charge nurse and doctors to correct the issues, very serious issues. One nurse straight lied, they said housekeeping came and cleaned the room, they did not, the patient was in the room all day,

My experience at AdventHealth Waterman was incredible! I needed emergency surgery while traveling out of state, and the entire team made the situation as pleasant as surgery can be. From the check‑in counter to the surgeon and his team, the care was outstanding. To top it all off, the Christ-centered environment—Bible verses on the walls and even Numbers 6:24–26 being spoken—brought great comfort. It was very good. Staff, Techs & nurses were terrific.They made me as comfortable as possible & listened to my needs. For a total knee replacement, I was in at 8:30 & out st 3:30. Communication was excellent & both pre & post operative instructions clear. Follow up was quick & helpful. I am very pleased.
