I was there and got diagnosed with the flu. I was not feeling well at all and the nurse was not nice or friendly or helpful. I told her I was From out of town, and she was not helpful at all when trying to choose a pharmacy. Even the front desk receptionist seemed like I was bothering her. The NP was friendly and nicer than the nurse. I was there one hour and the place was empty. Maybe pick a different urgent care if you want friendly, helpful staff.

First of all, I don't get why these people are giving AH Rehab 2 stars. This is the Rehab Dept. and not the AH Urgent Care. I've been going here to PT several times for my back and neck issues. Each time I have to have PT, I always choose to come here. The PT, Chelsea, PTA Jimmy and the tech are all professional and friendly. When you start working with them, you know that this place has positive energy and you just want to do your best, so you can start feeling better again. This is because the whole team is the BEST! From the receptionist to the PT, they just give stellar service. I never had a bad experience here. They are very helpful and they give specific instructions, so you are safe while doing your exercises and not aggravate your condition. Thanks so much AH Rehab Horizon West!

Absolutely wonderful people here. Jimmy has been my main therapist for most of my recovery. He is so friendly and has made the process of rehabilitation so much easier. Chelsea and Cheryl are also great people and I will actually be sad when my rehabilitation is over, because I’ve never had such great service from therapy.

This has been the absolutely best experience I could ask for PT. This group of professionals have been the best. In 6 weeks they got me back to my normal self after a hip replacement. I highly recommend this facility for any kind of PT therapy.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was warmly welcomed at every visit. Cheryl manages check-ins/outs smoothly while also assisting with patients. Chelsea and Jimmy are both the perfect mix of professional and friendly. Teamwork is obviously a priority so that patients are kept on track with exercises. I always felt cared for and respected. I appreciated Jimmy’s good humor, because laughter is the best medicine, right? I would highly recommend this office for any PT needs, and would not hesitate to schedule there again if the need arises. Great group of professionals!
