AdventHealth Primary Care+ Flamingo Crossings®Town Center

Had a wonderful experience at my initial visit at AdventHealth Primary Care+ at Flamingo Crossings yesterday. Making the appointment was extremely easy with lots of availability that worked with my schedule. Additionally, the PA Fallon was exceptional. She took time to listen and get my full medical history and was able to see other AdventHealth provider’s notes on me. The CMA Maria was so kind and friendly. She made me feel comfortable right from the start. They also had all my orders and future appointments set up and handed to me before I left. So glad I made the switch. Hoping to maintain and improve my health with this integrated care model.

I have had a great experience at the Advent Health Primary Care at Flamingo Crossings. I recently saw Fallon, the P.A. and she is very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and is a great communicator. I found her to be very knowledgeable and thorough, and she sent in my lab orders and prescription refills quickly. When a routine test necessitated some additional tests, she sent those referral orders in quickly as well. The office staff and medical assistants at this location are always very nice and helpful as well.

New Patient Experience: Exceptional service! The customer service from us calling in to make the appointment to rescheduling the appointment was flawless. Each nurse and representative cared that we were fully satisfied with our request. Dr.Richardson was very thoughtful and respectful of questions we asked and made sure all needs were met at the time of our visit. Even our follow-up with the team was handled with care. We have found our new primary care team!

First visit to Dr Logan Richardson office and I was impressed. The place is spotless, the appointments were super easy to book, they provided me with links to enter all my information before I met with the doctor. The staff (Juana, Maria, Makayla and Kim) were awesome so friendly and easy to talk to. No grumpy office staff! My appointment was on time and I was out of there within 30 minutes with my scripts etc. all of the computers and equipment was brand new with the latest technology. I highly recommend this establishment. Watch out for Juana!

I had a great experience at AdventHealth during my recent visit at Flamingo Crossing. My PCP, Matthew Thomas, was professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns, as he always does. I never feel rushed, and I appreciated how clear everything is explained. I also want to give a huge and special recognition to Maria Susana, who did an amazing job and truly stood out during my visit AND my pre-screen phone call. She was kind, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her personal touch made a big difference. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for the care and service I received. Highly recommend AdventHealth and especially this team!
