Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely worst experience. I was told to bring my child in only to get there and be turned away. My child is sucks and was turned away. The doctor said they didn’t have time even though I made it there before the 11:30 cut off for twilight. I was told no one knew who I spoke to prior to coming in. No compassion or consideration for their patient. Absolutely disorganized and would never bring my child back. Find a better provider if you can.

Dr Taylor is amazing. We are second time parents but she was so informative, and just genuinely kind and sweet. I didn’t want to be in the room for my sons circ and she came around and checked on me just to make sure I was doing ok even though we weren’t even one of her patients for the day. I’ve seen several providers in this practice with my daughter but by far Dr Taylor was just absolutely the most amazing!

0 stars if I could! Very disorganized and heartless! Poor baby had to be brought into this center. We called in advanced and asked if walk ins were welcome, we were told yes! We drove, checked in, paid and waited 2 hours! We went back to the room and waited for doctor and nurse came in and advised we could not be seen because they were not her PCP but we were NOT told this! They need to be organized and turning away a 5'y month old baby who is desperate for medical care and sick! Should be ashamed!

This office is very disorganized and insensitive to parents and their children. Being a pediatric office you would expect a certain level of care but I’ve had multiple issues with this office from them putting another patients test results in my children’s portal and then another time trying to give my 6 month old the same vaccines he got at the previous visit. You and your kids are just another paycheck to them.

We love Dr. Alber! He has seen our girls for 11 years. What IS difficult is dealing with the office, scheduling, and now billing! We paid our $40 sick co pay recently, but THIS office charged us for TWO seperate visits? and we recieved a bill for a strep test which we have NEVER had to do before. It is super frustrating and no one can help us figure out WHY 😤 So now we have to pay it because its impossible to talk to anyone that can help me. This is why we try not to go to the doctor when the girls are sick but unfortunately my daughter had strep. For now unfortunately we will depend on somewhere else for sick visits or telehealth 🤷‍♀️
