AdventHealth Medical Group Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Waterman

I brought my family member to this hospital for their surgery. From the moment we walked in to the moment they were discharged everyone was so nice! We were checked in by Daylene and Tammy, a wonderful team of pre op with Anna, Sue, and Rhodora, the operation room nurse Xavier was amazing, even volunteer Angela was nice in helping me get to my person, and finally Jocelyn was amazing helping my person get to the car from recovery. Such kind people and so helpful during such stressful times! Let me not forget Dr. Keeler the surgeon was amazing, he was kind and made sure that we had all our questions answered pre and post op! Thank you all!!

Note this place is ridicules they took an MRI the wrong location and the doctor blamed me for it then it took 1 month to see doctor Guru so he can tell me it was the wrong part of the arm so to get another MRI then come see him in two months so he then can schedule me for surgery in another two months what a joke then they want to charge my insurance company and send me a bill I guess I’ll see them in court

These people are rude waited over two hours. Doctor Perry has no time for you he was on the cell phone while in room with him. Stay away from them.

After 2 visits, 12 PT visits, 1 xray & 1 MRI, I was referred to another doctor. Now, I have to establish myself with that doctor and start again! WTH!

This place is horrible nothing but a circus. Run far away!!
