I was treated very well. My health was the #1 priority. Lots of tests, making sure nothing was left undetected. The Staff was Amazing, kind and compassionate. From the Nurses, to the cafeteria workers, and House Keeping. Very clean, cheerful, workers. 5th floor was Amazing, I felt very Special.

I recently had to spend 2 days in the hospital. Due to some health issues that I'm didn't know. I even had all. The nurses on level 2 and level 5. Are incredibly kind compassionate people who did a very good job. The women and men who working very hard to take care of everyone and their job correctly. I don't think people tell them that they are doing a good job enough and let them know that they are appreciated.

My care was handled very well. The Tower rooms are nice and comfortable. I wish the doctors that treated me at the Advent Health Hospital in Orlando had been contacted. The Nursing Staff, the Dietary Staff, the Aides, the Housekeeping Staff were all very respectful and professional in their assistance & approach to my care. Thank you!

Please read to the end they deserve it! What left a bad taste in my mouth was three things…. First while in the ER hooked up to all sorts of equipment being seen by multiple medical personnel here comes a lady with a bedside credit card reader!! Really? I have insurance but they wanted that 803.00 NOW! Second the ER physician Dr Newcomer labeled me an alcoholic a prescribed withdrawal medication!!! I socially drink and have zero addiction! I found out the same thing happened to my neighbor who drinks very little. Forever now in our medical records we are alcoholics!!! Really??! Mad mad mad! Third finally at 2 AM I was moved to a private room 2071, cardiac unit which is a fish bowl style room, all glass. I asked where is the restroom? Oh no restroom you must pee in a urinal aka a plastic b

Absolutely incredible. I was there for a biopsy which is very stressful. When I got there my blood test results were not in making sure my INR was good. My procedure was at risk of having to be rescheduled. I fell apart. The staff was so kind and understanding. They waited until they could confirm from the doctor and then jumped into action when we were a go. They were so understanding and compassionate through the whole thing. I can not express my thanks enough!
