i had a great experience here!! i made my appointment late last night, came in about 10 minutes before my appointment and they got me in even before my appointment time started. i was listened to, i felt heard and my symptoms were taken seriously. i was seen by natalie and sylvie, who were both very kind and good listeners. i was told they are short staffed today, which took me by surprise as i was still seen so quickly and efficiently! good healthcare providers can make the world of a difference. next time i need an urgent care visit i wont hesitate to come back!! thank you again to the friendly staff here at advent !!

This is my preferred urgent care location. Not just because of proximity. The staff is always friendly and the providers are incredibly empathetic. I never feel rushed, yet they’re still very efficient. It’s such a relief to receive high-quality care in a welcoming environment, especially when you aren’t feeling your best.

My experience here was pleasant. I scheduled an appointment just an hour in advance. When I arrived 20 minutes early, it only took a few minutes to be called back. The nurse took my vitals, had friendly conversation and shortly after I was seen by the doctor. I felt comfortable and listened to. Prescribed meds and after one dose I’m feeling much, much better. Thanks to your team!

The staff here are always friendly and well informed. Even on days where the wait is longer than usual, they’re still upbeat and happy, which makes feeling like crap and sitting in a waiting room a lot easier on people. Truly appreciate the care I receive here.

I visited Centra Care Urgent Care in Shawnee Kansas. I was greeted cheerfully by the receptionist, moved quickly into a treatment room where my condition was quickly evaluated by clinic staff. Treatment was discussed by Dr Silvie and other staff; then procedures were started and completed forthwith. All during my visit each staff member was professionally competent and very friendly. I would highly recommend Centra Care Shawnee for your urgent care needs. Great Job by ALL concerned!
