I completely lost the vision in my right eye on July 9th, 2024 & Dr. Eric Beatty has taking the best care of my precious eyes for more than 5 years now. Eric is more than a doctor, he is a Trusted Friend! He rushed me right in on a busy day, got me an immediate appointment with retinal specialist (which probably saved my eye sight) & after surgery when I was having issues with my peripheral vision & depth perception. Dr. Beatty got me right in to see his most trusted specialist, Dr. Florkowski to have a lense implant done to correct my vision. Now Connor, in the Optics Shop at Westglen Eyecare is “a Top Notch Profesdional” too, I just picked up my new glasses today & it is such a relief to be able to see clearly again. When I went in for my annual eye exam, I inquired about trying contacts. The doctor offered me samples and arranged for someone to show me how to use them. When I went to check out, I was informed it would be $60 for a 'contact consult.' No one had mentioned there would be an additional fee. When I brought this up at the front desk, the lady told me the consult was $90, and that my insurance had covered $30, but that was the extent of the explanation/conversation. I would have appreciated being told about this beforehand since I would have opted-out out of the whole thing.

I have only been to Westglen two times and the first experience was so good that I wanted to go back. My dentist was trying to encourage me to switch places but I really wanted to go back to Westglen. Here are my reasons why. The entire staff was polite, courteous and quick. The assistance with selecting my frames was also great. I was overwhelmed with the selections and took me forever to decide but my assistant stayed patient the entire time. The people in this office love their jobs and take care of their clients. You get premiere customer service and now days, that is worth a million bucks! Thanks Westglen for your great service!

I went into Westglen for my annual eye appointment (which I scheduled through text messages, which was so easy) and had excellent customer service and care from everyone I encountered. Megan was the technician and ran me through several tests prior to the visit with Eric Beatty, OD. She was polite and friendly and very efficient. Dr. Beatty was able to correct my near vision with contact lenses so now I don't have to rely on reading classes for ALL near work, which has been a huge improvement in my life! Ivy the receptionist helped me pay my bill and gave me copies of receipts quickly and easily when I requested these. I have been going here the past several years and have always had exceptional care!

I had the pleasure of visiting this office again today. Dr. Andrea Beatty is amazing! She has the best bed side manner and takes the time to explain everything to you. She wants her patients to be happy and will do whatever it takes to ensure you're satisfied with your contacts &/or eyewear. So happy my vision insurance has changed again and I can go back to this office!
