Shawnee Crossings Dental has the friendliest staff. It is always a pleasant experience. Dr. Cathy takes the time each visit to discuss everything and answer any questions I may have. They are also knowledgeable about insurance. MetLife was causing insurance confusion because I had an old policy that was apparently still active and shouldn’t have been. The team could have easily put the responsibility on me to figure it out, but they did the burdensome lift and got to the bottom of the issue with Met and I never felt the impact. Super thoughtful and patient centered.

New patient visit and cleaning: with some changes at our previous place we decided to try Shawnee Crossings because it’s so close to us - I had an amazing first visit! Dr. Cathy was so thorough, explained more about my teeth evaluation than any doctor ever has, and fixed some issues I had from our prior place that have been nagging me. 5-Stars!

I went in as a new patient today and it was amazing! Everything is so clean. The staff is fantastic, and of course the Doctor is Awesome. She takes such care to explain everything to you that will happen during your visit. I swear this is the best cleaning I’ve ever had done. I got to see pictures of my teeth before and after the treatment. Who actually says that they love going to the dentist???? Well I certainly loved my visit today, and have scheduled work for the future. I truly feel this is the Doctor to see, very thorough and caring.

We have been patients here for many many years and love that it's not just a rush in the door and get out. They take the time to actually know their patients and their families. They take the time with not just the dental aspects of the visit but cover any medical issues as well just to make sure they don't need to be aware of anything new. If a referral for something is needed, it is discussed and planned out so you know ahead of time why you are getting that referral. We couldn't ask for a better team for all of our family's dental care. David and Tracy Jackman
