This was a top notch experience. I made an appointment online the night before. Intake staff called me in a timely fashion, checked my vitals and took details about why I needed to see a provider who come in about 15 minutes later. She asked questions, explained options and prescribed appropriate meds. My only cost was a Medicare copay. The facility is new, clean and attractive. Everyone i interacted with was courteous and professional.

The check in staff was lovely. I was not impressed with the care. I felt the PA was dismissive. Had to wait quite some time for An x ray knowing only one person before me - and given the wrong sized crutches. Did not realize until I got home. Had to drive back. It was the front desk staff that made sure the second set fit correctly - not anyone from the back. I’ve been there many time and every other time was great. This was hopefully a one off.

Made appointment reservation for 9:40 arrived at 9:20 as requested, but was not seen until after 10:45. Way too long of a wait for making an appointment. Was with the practitioner for approx. 10 min. She did advise and answered all my questions.

On a Saturday late morning I arrived with a book expecting a long wait. I was greeted with a smile and quickly checked in. The wait was less than 15 minutes and a caring medical assistant took my vitals and information. The room was spotless. The doctor came in and greeted me warmly. She was attentive and listened carefully. A prescription was called in immediately. I was in my car on my way home in less than an hour. Superior experience

Excellent experience, arrived at opening and exited 30 minutes later. Administration, nursing and doctor were very professional and made the entire process easy, quick and painless. I had approximately 30 staples removed from surgical incision made 12 days prior.
