AdventHealth Centra Care Orange City

I had a great experience at this Centra care. This Centra Care has to be the best in Volusia County. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was efficient, professional, and welcoming. Lisa made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She made sure I was well cared for. Rob, the provider who saw me, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He even took the time to make me laugh, which really helped me feel better during my visit. The nurses Vanessa and Keyra were also amazing — they checked on me frequently in my room and were very attentive during triage. Everyone was incredibly friendly and treated me like family. I truly appreciate the care and compassion I received. Thank you all for making a not-so-great day much better!

The receptionist was warm and inviting. She patiently processed my insurance and led me through signing and payment. The waiting room was clean. Masks, tissues, and hand sanitizer available right at the entrance. Coffee machine and K-cups at the ready. Soft volume on TV, spacious seating areas and a section for kids. Techs were very professional, yet kind. The wait time was a bit lengthy, but this is an Urgent Care, after all. Very thankful.

Advent Health has always taken care of my family, and now myself. I had an injury I knew my regular doctor would send me for x-rays (I think) but all the staff was great and the doctor I saw at this urgent care office was better than great and they did the x-rays!. If I need them again, I will definitely go back. (P.S. advent health cured my baby brothers covid twice after he caught it 2 times at nursing homes in the area, covid years, he finally passed in a nursing home 2021).

So efficient and helpful. I feel like this is what healthcare should be. They went to extra mile to take care of me as their patient. When I thanked them they said “This is what we do- we help people.” And that is 100% true- they are very patient-minded and take care of people on a very impressive level of care and detail. The PA’s and Doctors here are clearly in this field because they want to help people.

She immediately identified it, explained it clearly, and provided the best medical care and advice I’ve experienced in a long time. The entire visit was efficient, thorough, and reassuring.
