AdventHealth Centra Care Horizon West

I had a wonderful experience at AdventHealth Centra Care Horizon West! The staff was welcoming, kind, and incredibly efficient. The check-in process was smooth and wait times were minimal. APRN Kyle Ward truly stood out. He brought such great energy to the visit and made me feel completely at ease. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to actually listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. It’s rare to leave a urgent care visit feeling that well taken care of, but that’s exactly how I felt. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the Horizon West area!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

3 HOURS and STILL waiting to be seen. The place isn’t full and we arrived on a Thursday morning. It’s the afternoon now and me and my daughter are STILL waiting. I have kindly talked to 2 people about it so far and still waiting. Not a chance I will ever come back

I was a patient here on 12/8/2025. I was recommended by Shron who is a nurse that works there. She is very kind and have a great recommendation because it was worth the trip. When I walked in the place was very clean and comfortable waiting area. The front desk staff was very friendly. Victoria was very nice and addressed me as soon as I walked in. Zita checked me in very fast and efficient and was very caring. The wait time was not long to see the practitioner. Kyle was awesome. He took the time to listen and was very thorough 10/10 as a provider. Nuri the nurse gave me my discharge papers and made sure I had no questions very caring as well. I was greeted immediately upon entering. They processed me quickly and I only waited a short time before being called back to the examining area. The nurse was very friendly and asked me about my concerns. She was extremely supportive and kind. The doctor came in quickly after and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I was so impressed with his knowledge and his way of explaining everything to me. Overall the whole experience (which I dreaded going to an urgent care) was amazing and the staff were absolutely excellent. Kyle Ward, APRN was Excellent!
