Doctor Rachail Avizova - caring, attentive, professional. Amy - customer liaison was very helpful. I came couple days earlier , before my scheduled appointment and was able to choose glasses frames without any rush. I came only for glasses prescription and to get new glasses, but Dr.Avizova did glaucoma test, eye pressure test, spent time to educate me and gave referraI to see another specialist. I am very grateful. I chose affordable frame, it was mostly covered by my insurance. They have a wide range of frames, for every budget. My glasses were ready in 2 days. I will highly recommend Advanced Vision Care on First Avenue, Upper East Side.

Thank you for coming to my rescue! I was visiting NYC for a week, no glasses and only one pair of contact packed with me but then lost the right contact. Coming in as an emergency after googling around the area but the doctor did not work on Monday. I was scheduled for the next afternoon and given samples to be able to see till then. The whole office was professional, understanding, courteous and friendly. I had an exam for both glasses and contacts, explained thoroughly during the process, and helped with glasses selection. Then my glasses was expedited to be ready for me before I had to leave. I am so grateful and very happy with the service provided. I appreciate everyone of you so much and I plan on coming back for my annual exam due in 2024!!
