I had an appointment at 2 pm and was kept was kept waiting for 2 hrs. When I complained, a Lily told me I wasn't on the list. I then asked why I made an appointment. 2 hours just hand in a pair of frames. THE PLACE IS PATHETIC.

Great place have been coming for years Dr.López is great and the staff is always so welcoming:) , Valentin is great at helping choose frames
