My son was checked up for a fever he had been sick prior to he seen Karissa Sorrells so I just wanted to say she was awesome very thorough. I felt she listened to my concerns. She tested him for all the common colds and viruses and was prepared to do blood work for his glads being swollen if all that was negative. Turns out it was covid. I appreciate her actually looking into what the problem was and listening to my concerns. Would definitely recommend!🙂

Very unprofessional, unorganized, and little to no actual care or concern for children. They are impossible to get on the phone or get an appointment when your child is sick. They will ignore you and not call back like they claim if you call with any questions or concerns. They told me INCORRECT DOSAGES for my sick child’s medicine which led to us having to take her to the hospital. Dr. Leon is rude, disrespectful, fear-mongers, and does not talk you through what he will be doing to your child. He scolded me for allowing my toddler to go barefooted inside my own home (?) when that is recommended for development, made rude comments to me about myself and my child, false accusations of drug use during my pregnancy just because the was born at 37 weeks (that is still full term btw, you would

My daughter had a cyst under her arm and Amy Ransom got us in the next morning. When she came in the room we knew she was going to be a good doctor. Her bed side manners were amazing, she listened to my daughter’s concerns and she talked her through the procedure. Amy Ransom will now be both my daughter’s PCP as well as myself and husband.

Dr Edwards and staff were amazing. The nurse was from Baltimore, she had a unique approach and making my teenage daughter feel relaxed when receiving her shot. Dr Edward sat and spoke with me and my daughter we did not feel rushed questions were asking answered on both sides. They had to take hand notes due to computer issues but it was done with a pleasant apologetic attitude. Hands down greatest experience ever! Savannah works at the front desk, checking you in and out, scheduling appointment providing paperwork with a smile and a cheery disposition.

I will start by saying Ms. Ashley is one of the best, she is the only reason we have not left AP. My only complaint is scheduling. I called to reschedule my child's appointment and i got hung up on; i called back and someone told me that they would have to call me back later to reschedule. I've never had this ever happen at any doctor's office, normally whoever answers the phone is able to schedule you or transfer you to someone who can. It's always a problem when i call.
