Advanced Pediatric Dentistry

My daughter was in need of a new dentist, and experiencing some tooth pain . I called and spoke with Melissa to schedule the initial appointment . She was SO kind, incredibly patient and very thorough getting all of our information and details . There had happened to be a cancellation so we got in within two days of calling ! My daughter is super sensitive and gets scared very easy , all while also being very emotional 😅. ALL of the staff members were gentle , patient, and kind. They read the room and understood the assignment , not just with my daughter , but the other kids I saw in the office while there. Everything was clearly explained , all of my questions were thoroughly went over and discussed . The waiting room and exam room were both VERY kid friendly. Lots of well known character

I loved the way the doctor handled everything. Feo, making sure my daughter was comfortable during her procedure, to taking great care of her. If the place wasn't far, this would be a dental place for my daughter to go to twice a year. I loved how they kept her engaged all the time since they used nitrite instead of putting her to sleep. The biggest part of the emotional support is the dogs. That was super helpful. A great place for kids dental care/

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This office and the staff are saints! I came in a week early with all three of my kids for their checkup appointments as I mixed the dates up. The receptionist was very professional and nice about it. They offered and were able to squeeze us in that day even though I mixed up the dates. The hygienists for all three of my kids made them very comfortable during the cleanings. They even were champs when my spicy child found the water gun button and had lack of impulse control and kept pushing it while waiting for the dentist to check everyone’s teeth. What an embarrassing moment for me as a parent, but the staff were calm and very nice with trying to redirect him. We have seen both dentists and they are awesome as well. 10/10 stars from our family.

We had the most amazing experience today. My daughter had dental work done elsewhere in the past and came in with a lot of anxiety from a bad experience. Today was a complete turnaround. From start to finish, Dr. Bill and the hygienist were incredible — they talked her through every step, explained everything in a way she could understand, and made her feel safe and comfortable. The laser technology used for her filling made a huge difference. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, which helped her stay calm and actually get through the dental work without fear. There were no tears, and she did AMAZING — she even giggled at one point. As a parent, that meant everything to me. I honestly wish we would have started here from the beginning. Dr. Bill and his staff are great. My daughter had an initial appointment and was scheduled out quite a few months for some work to be done to her teeth. I was nervous about the length of time before her appointment and was able to be placed on a cancellation list. Even with the holidays we were able to be seen just about two weeks later to have the work done. Staff was friendly, office was clean and definitely kid friendly. Highly recommend for a local pediatric dentist!
