Just had my 2nd nerve ablation and recently had my 2nd steroid epidural injection both were all in my cervical spine. Their staff is excellent at what they do and always very kind and friendly! I am on my way to being healed! Thank you to the entire staff and wonderful doctors!

Each time I arrive the ladies are friendly, they try very hard to accommodate my appointment times, Quinton is professional, polite, and accurate with his ability to take great care of me, he makes sure to ask me if I have any issues I need to address, the intake ladies in the back are so friendly, I've enjoyed our short conversations at each visit. So as a whole, Advance pain mgt. is a great place to recieve care.

I was able to get into her office within 5 minutes after I completed the Health survey. Jennifer was very thorough. She handled all of my requests without any problems. I would definitely recommend Dr. Salguero's office for any chronic pain needs.

Horrible place, horrible. On my last visit for an occipital nerve block I was in extreme pain and on the verge of a panic attack I yelled for him to stop, he replied, and I quote, "we're almost done" then pushed me tighter to the table and stuck the next needle in. I have now filed a police report , filed a complaint with the state medical board and am seeking legal counsel. Also in my experience there, they are only concerned with how many people they can run through the door as fast as possible on procedure day to make as much money as possible. And if you tell them you no longer want them to your nerve blocks, then you will not continue to receive pain management and be removed as their patient. Find a different clinic. Best of the best. I have been looking for a good Doctor for 7 years since my Doc of 20 years retired. Finally found one.very professional office staff and no game playing with medications. Love this place.
