Trying to pay a bill before collections has to go through the mail no one is answering the phone tried 4 numbers 4 times no answer all I'm trying to do is let them know payment is on the way but that it might get there late due to the holiday goes to collections CHRISTMAS EVE

I wish I could give negative stars. Have bill from 2023 that worker's comp. paid and they still haven't zeroed out the balance. They even sent me to collections. I have called 15 times about it and multiple time asked for supervisor and they tell me they are unavailable and will call me back. They NEVER have!! Avoid them at all cost. I hope that Memorial of Sweetwater rethinks using them as their radiology billing

If I could give them less than one star I would. Billing is absolutely garbage. I paid the bill in full and talked to someone from their billing office A YEAR AGO! and he confirmed that the bill had been paid and supposedly made a note of it in my file. Yesterday I got a phone call from a collections agency about the bill I paid a year ago. They are getting a phone call today. Update: this is still an ongoing issue. I have sent them bank records as of October of 22. Received a call today about said records, then conveniently they saw the email as I was on the phone with them, said it will be sent up the chain, refused to let me talk with anyone above the person I talked to today, refused to send me an email verifying that we spoke today. I had an ultrasound in June of 2020. I received a bill for $400 14 MONTHS.after the procedure was finished. My son was almost a year. The bill I received claimed to be the second bill they had sent, though this was the first we had seen. After calling for more info and claiming unfair billing, they offered to review and potentially rescind. Didn't hear anything else until we received not one, but two, etters from a collection service on the same day. Absolute garbage.

Advanced Medical Imaging has one of the worst billing offices I have ever had to deal with. About a year and 3 months ago I had a seizure and was taken to Sweetwater Memorial Hospital where I had a bunch of different test's done. A long story short I just received a phone call from a collections agency saying that Advanced Medical Imaging sent me to collections for $264.60. The reason why I am so angry about this is because I have never received one bill nor a phone call from them. I did move from the address that I was at when I had my accident, but I had changed my address with the post office.
