I went to see Dr. Robinson back in February, He was great, super knowledgeable and friendly. I had no poor feelings towards this office until today when I get a random charge for an appointment they claimed I had in Febuary but forgot to charge me for… how do you forget to charge someone. They never told me that I wasnt charged but says its because their card reader was down that day… why didnt you tell me the day that it was down? And why didnt you charge me the second it was back up and running? I know it wasnt broken for two months. I had moved on assuming they did charge me, come today, almost TWO months later I see I was charged after not visiting since Mid February. I call and the receptionist talks to me like this is normal. None of this adds up, how do you not notice that you didnt

I just got off the phone (the morning of Jan 9th.) I don't know who was working the front desk but she wasn't very customer oriented. I mentioned I had some questions real quick to not make it a waste of MY trip when I went. And that I did want to schedule an appointment based off of the answer of those questions. She had a customer in front of her RIGHT as I said this so I'll give her that, she might've just gotten all jumble brained. But after that she was back on the phone with me again. I personally felt too rushed by the way she was speaking and it seemed like she didn't care take notice and maybe ask what my questions were prior to tending to the customer first. So now I scheduled an appointment and if I go in and there might be a reason I can't come in I'm not going to be too fond o

I was having problems with my lower back and I was told by a friend to try a chiropractor. This location accepted my insurance which is awesome! This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I was told I had a tilted pelvis. I only needed about 5 sessions to be completely pain free and I’ve returned a year later to make sure everything is still in order. The doctor is highly knowledgeable, very friendly, the two ladies at the front are wonderful. The office is nice. I even brought my boyfriend here for his shoulder problems!

I have been seeing Dr Robinson for a few years and i highly recommend him. He is an amazing Chiropractor and a super awesome human. I enjoy my visits every month and always leave feeling better. I am extremely grateful to have found him. The customer service from the girls who work for him is also 5 star. They are so friendly and so warm and welcoming. They are always flexible with scheduling and you can just tell they love their jobs.
